‘The day you came to do our quote I was super impressed with your quick eye for how the new bathroom might look. You were prompt in getting the quote to us and coming to explain everything.
The workers - all of them, Marchant, Taine and the other guys (I can’t remember all of their names sorry) were always polite and courteous and really respected our home and property. These guys all work super hard and I was most impressed with the effort and sometimes long hours they put in. I love how everyone is passionate about what they do and take pride in the finished product.
Communication was generally spot on - it was awesome knowing who was coming when and what they were there to do - usually I wouldn’t care too much and just leave you to it, but during lockdown I felt this was pretty important given the whole family was at home. The general management of the project was great with the different trades coming in and doing their bit. All of the tradesmen were efficient, polite, and came when you said they would.
Nothing was ever a problem and I always felt comfortable asking you any questions.
Again, you guys have all done an amazing job from start to finish. You should be really proud of your business.
